Personal data from sponsors are processed by the Jonathan foundation for the following objective (s):

* Financial Administration of sponsors
For the above objective (s), the Foundation may request the following personal data from you:

* Address
* Sex
* Phone number
* Email Address
* Bank Account Number
The Foundation will keep your personal data, as mentioned above, for a period of 25 years for historical purposes and a possible reunion.
Processing of the personal data from Newsletter subscribers:
The personal data of Newsletter subscribers will be used by the Foundation for the following purposes:
* News updates

* Consent form to receive emails and Newsletters
* Participation in events from the Jonathan Foundation

Personal data processing of event attendees organised by the Jonathan Foundation:
Personal data of event attendees, organised by the Jonathan Foundation, will be used by the Foundation for the following purposes:
* Provide information in the form of newsletters and / or targeted contacts
* Provide information about possible events
The basis for this personal information is:
* Permission via a checkbox on the registration form
For the above objective (s), the Foundation may request the following personal data from you:

* Email Address
The Foundation will keep your personal data, as mentioned above, for the period of your sponsorship.
The Jonathan Foundation will retain your personal data until, the person concerned or a legal representative of the data subject, requests to be removed.
Storage period of your personal data:
The Foundation will keep your personal data, as mentioned above, no longer as deemed necessary, for the purpose the subscriber has provided the foundation with the personal data, or as required by law.
Security:
The Jonathan Foundation has taken technical and organisational measures, in order to protect your personal data against unlawful use, which includes:
* Everyone, who has access to your personal data, have signed an NDA (Non disclosure agreement;
* All our systems are set-up with a user name and password for protection;
* The Foundation has pseudonimised and encrypted your personal data where deemed necessary;
* The Foundation makes back-ups of the personal data in order to be able to recover these in case of physical or technical incidents;
* The Foundation will test and evaluate these measures at least once a year. This is executed by an appointed member of the committee.
Rights over your personal data:
You have the right to inspect, correct or delete the personal data that we have received from you. If required, you can also object to the processing of your personal data (or a part of) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the information you have provided, transferred by us to yourself or directly to another party. We can ask you to identify yourself, before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.
In case the Foundation processes your personal data on the basis of a permission given by you, you will always have the right to withdraw this consent.

If you have any complaints about the way the Foundation is processing your personal data, please contact us directly. If we do not come to an agreement, you will always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, this is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
